Caisson and its wholly-owned company, Panorama North Marketing, LLC was the sales and marketing agent for Panorama Tower North, a 372 unit condominium building in Las Vegas, Nevada. Caisson and Panorama North Marketing, LLC were enlisted to manage the REO property on behalf of the original lender. Panorama North Marketing, LLC was responsible for sales and establishing and executing a marketing plan. Caisson is currently responsible for overseeing the closeout of all construction and property matters as well as managing the homeowners association for the property.
